About

My journey and preparation to become a therapist began at 20 years of age, with breaking the cycle of addiction, healing from trauma and overcoming dyslexia. I was riddled with shame and I was a mess!

Therapy helped me and has helped countless others move beyond surviving into thriving.  I will be with you as a fellow human being as well as a trained professional with decades experience.

During the therapy process we will work together to identify your goals, break destructive patterns and heal hurt parts. This will allow you to be more available and responsive in your own life. I’ve been told my superpower is growing strengths in others.

Additional training in Emotionally Focused Couples and Family Counseling Externship Program provides a skill set that can assist you in the deep healing of attachment wounds and fostering resiliency. I am dedicated to continuing my education and bringing the latest research to our work. I take particular interest in neuropsychology, mindfulness, health and nutrition.
